FoundHer™ addresses the nuanced and complex experiences of Filipina leaders by tackling the confidence, competence, and capital gaps that challenge startup female founders.

We also recognize the valuable role of community in inclusive and sustainable leadership development. FoundHer™ connects women with a community of other like-minded women leaders and entrepreneurs who can support each other as they grow and scale their ventures.

The first FoundHer Forum was held in October 2023 at KMC SM North, featuring founders, enablers, and investors to dialogue on the need to invest in women-led startups.

The FoundHer™ Forum is our series of learning and networking events organized especially for female founders in the Philippines.
